Thanks for stopping by! I am a wife, and homeschooling mom of 3, while waiting for #4 to join our family from Haiti. In my “spare time” I am a singer/songwriter, writer, private music teacher, and worship leader. This blog is a place where I try to document what is going on at the home-front, and where I “think out loud.”
Hi Spring! Kaitlyn and I are friends and she’s been sharing bits of your story with me about adopting Wisley. What a beautiful gift for your family… and for him! God will surely provide for you. I am in the midst of an immigration case to bring my fiance to the US from Nigeria… or to at least get back there so we can marry and have an even stronger leg to stand on. Money is always the issue when it comes to immigration. I’m developing the patience of Job and a new found level of faith. God bless you and your family!

Hi Spring! I noticed your pretty name and your comment on the Balanced Life Sisterhood page, and somehow it led me to your blog (maybe through your Facebook page?).
Anyway, I’m so glad I took a few minutes to look at your website. I read and said, “Amen” to your post about Christ coming in the darkness, and have enjoyed listening to your song (to/for your Grandfather?). You have a beautiful voice and it seems a sweet spirit. You must be an awesome worship leader!
I’m so glad to get to know you on a different level, as well as share the Sisterhood with you. God bless you!
